Questionable validation of programing

This is the first year in over 30 that I have had problems with TurboTax. You complete the charity contributions, and it will give you the 600 allowed for a married couple but when you run the audit it only allows the 300 dollars as last year and have to correct form. Additionally, when you complete a tax return indicating you have no dependents, during the audit procedure, it requires you to fill out the 8812 indicating you received 0.00 dollars for advance child tax credits. There should be no 8812 for a return when no dependents are listed.

Lots of bugs in this version

Been using the tool for over 30 years and I am not happy with some issues I encountered in this version. The big problem is the lack of support for system issues. Could not get the program to save as a PDF and no help was available from Intuit.

I've used TurboTax since the early 2000s and continue to appreciate the efficiency and accuracy of this software, as well as the electronic filing options. It is well worth its cost given the savings in time and effort!

Problem with State Return

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and have not had an issue until this year. I efiled my federal return without a problem this year but once I had completed my state return, I was not allowed to efile.

Turbo Tax has easy to follow questions and allow you to fill in the form free of mistakes the very first time you use it.
I've used this product for well over a decade, tried another product and switched back, due to the convenience of product use and accuracy.
