$45 imbedded in filing is dishonest and a hassle

Turbotax issues

I had a couple of minor issues this year. One regarding charitable deductions-program 'forgot' we filed jointly and only entered the 'single' credit. Other issue was form 8812-we have no dependent and don't understand why this form was even generated. Still, program is great and will use it again next year.

Turbo Tax Is REALLY Awesome

I just did my friend's returns, as I have been doing mine for decades with no glitches and it saves huge amounts on CPA charges even for a simple return. Especially if you are a senior citizen on a fixed small income, a few hundred bucks saved helps a lot.
