2021 Turbo Tax had a few problems. I had to go to the help desk for information about Childcare credit which we did not have. It was very hard to figure out.

Have all your papers ready. Just follow the instructions. It retrieves the prior year's data so you can see what you need for the current tax year.

Save file and go to reopen and it is corrupted

I have used Turbo tax for decades and the last few years I keep getting a file corrupted message. I have to do my taxes in one shot or I start over because it wont read the file. very frustrating.

Turbo Tax gets an F due to known Installation prob

I've used Turbo Tax for 15 years and never had the problems we experienced this year. Installation was a disaster. Had to call TT support three times. After 2 hours of trying to install, we were told the fix would be in place in 24 hours. TT needs to work on who you hire for customer service and ensure your product is ready to be released before you put it on the market.
