Turbotax is an awesome companion to doing your taxes yourself. My advice is, be patient and follow along, fill in information from factual documentation that is considered legal. If you are not sure, ask. I have used Turbotax for more than 10 years and it keeps getting better. The best tax software I have ever used.

Have used TT for over a decade and loved it - until this time. There's a programming error on 1099R for 2021. It will not allow multiple 1099R entries of the same amounts. I have two different annuity contracts of which I take the same amount out of annually and withheld the same amount this year. The e-file kicks back to me as unable to file due to duplicate 1099 R. I tried 3 times and gave up. So I added a dollar to one to see if it would go through as one of your experts on the Help site suggested. Should not have to do that. Add a box for account or policy # that the program identifies as different from other 1099R's - problem solved. Or just accept the buyer of your product's entry that they are entering it correctly.

Love Turo Tax

It is easy to use, this year I had questions, called the help number, Richard was extremely helpful, had answers to all my questions. I've used Turbo Tax for years, it's the best.

Turbo Tax is a Great Product for Individual Use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years to file my families federal taxes. It continues to be an easy tool to use. I have never had an issue with not understanding how to use the product. It keeps me up on the latest changes as well as doing a good job of keeping my return free of errors. I plan to continue to use this product in the future.
