I will go with another tax option next year

So, I have used Turbo Tax for probably over 10 years. 2021 is different because I retired from the military and had some part-time jobs. I had questions because it turns out I owed money to the state and I have never had this before. I usually see a chat box or way to communicate with someone, but did not see it this time. I tried going to the site and could not find a way to chat or call someone. I will be using something different next year to do my taxes.

Makes filing tax return easy!

I have used Turbotax for several years. It walks you through every aspect of filing your tax return. If you want to pick and choose which aspect to work on, you can. Easy software to use.

Cannot print/save my 2021 Alabama State form 40

I have contacted Turbo Tax numerous times about this issue. All I get is the forms are available, well they aren't in my Turbo Tax. I have been using TT for years and I need this issue resolved.

turbo tax was disappointing

I have used turbo tax successfully for many years but found this year's edition to be cumbersome. Not only were many of the interview questions unclear, but I was unable to e-file KY state taxes for my daughter because a form (which I did not initiate for Caregiver) was missing information which I was unable to correct.
