I have used Turbo Tax now for well over 15 years. I have always found it to be easy and reasonable to use. I wouldn't use anything else.

I recommend everyone try it, especially if they are thinking of paying someone else to do their taxes. You'll be pleasantly surprised! You are probably smarter than you think.

Turbotax easy and quick

Great experience with a few blips. Federal return: It applied $300 instead of $600 (joint filing) for standard charitable contributions (1040-SR 12b). Georgia State return: Georgia does not tax Social Security or railroad retirement income ... one of the turbotax guide-through screen stated that and showed a dollar amount. However, in the fill-in box below, it asked to enter Social Security/Railroad retirement income amount. I took that to mean enter either Social Security income OR Railroad retirement income. Later I realized it was only ment for Railroad retirement income. Other that that, it was great

I have been using TurboTax for many years and have always been pleased. I am expecially appreciative of the fact that TurboTax does a thorough job of checking details to ensure accuracy. It makes tax filing time a lot less stressful for me than it would be without TurboTax.
