A few problems this year

Have been using TT for year. This year was not great. Had to delete the return for the state 3 times and redo it. contiuned to tell me I owed money to the state which knew was not true. Finally it accepted the info and was able to process taxes.

An extra $20 for a MAX refund garrauntee

There should be a way out of selecting the max refund thing because I already selceted the NO Thank you! but when I reach the final filing page I am being charged for it.

Good but...

Since my bank merged with another bank, I needed to update my routing information. There was no easy way nor was there any directions as to complete this task. I eventually went into the forms to make this change. BUT TT didn't give me an answer to any of my questions in their help system.

Everything in this program is very efficient, friendly and superior in necessary help. To me it is a very rear example of user friendly support without intimidation and development of the sense of inferiority.

Turbo Tax is unresponsive

Turbo Tax has failed to fix a problem and there is no way to reach them to let them know except to post on communication board. The CA versus IRS handling of mortgage interest is still not fixed although I received an email saying it was. After updating, still cannot finish because of notice that issue is not fixed, update to fix, but no updates available.

TurboTax - Rate the agent an "11"

The call was answered promptly. The agent was very courteous and extremely helpful. She was able to diagnose the problem quickly identifying the software issue and referring it to the proper resource for resolution. She was also able to provide an expected time for the update.
