Very easy to use

Was a lot of different forms we had to file this year all got done correctly with Turbotax.

Turbo Tax was not good

I E-Filed state but made an error on one entry and when received at state tax dept. they rejected my return. I corrected the error and attempted to re-submit but Turbo Tax said can't E-File and have to send a printed copy in. However, Turbo Tax said all forms are not available for printing?? Why not, the E-File went through ok, even with the error. I have attempted to re-print 3 or 4 times, no luck. So now I'm left hanging, waiting on Turbo Tax to notify me that I can print. Turbo Tax even gave me the option to sign up for E-Mail notification when the forms are ready so I entered my email address and Turbo Tax then notifies me that they can't load the message for notifications as no forms or products have been specified but there's no block to enter? This is totally screwed up by Turbo Tax. I have made the decision to obtain the required forms, or go to H&R for filing, but I certainly won't use Turbo Tax again!

TT is getting worse

Program bug in charitable donations that remained unfixed at the time I filed. Program always trying to get you to pay for something you don't need. Too expensive for what little you get.

Takes too long to load and install and every time you open it the program wants to look for updates (more loading and installing).
