Needs lots of inprovement

1. Downloading the program and activating the program was a problem. I could not enter the activation code. When I finally got a hold of tech-support, i had to copy the code to notes and copy and past to turbo-tax. I now cant e-file the state reports, when I try to pay for the extra returns, i just get a blank scree.

It works very well. After using it for many years, it is easy. I perform a preliminary rough calculation to ensure all forms are available and away we go.

I have been using TurboTax since 1999 and have found it to be 100% accurate each and every year. TurboTax give me the option to either pick the forms I want to use or to walk me through every possible income and deduction possibility. I highly recommend TurboTax as THE tax preparation method.
