Had no problems whatsoever. Went through and had Turbotax ask all the questions step by step. Takes a lot of pressure off doing your taxes. Much appreciated!

Program will not run smooth

The program will not go on to the next page when you hit continue button. It took 3 tax returns to get the program to work correctly. The new drivers license doesn't have a issue date on it.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years

I like the way Turbo Tax steps through each section of income and deductions. This year it put the wrong amount into the donations deduction for non-standardized deduction (it put 300 when I was filing married-filing-jointly and should have been 600). I went around in circles for a while, but finally figured it out. Every year I also remind you that Tennessee does not have any income tax, so there is no need to try to get me to file state income tax returns with Turbo Tax.

Software never error free on Jan 31st. frustrating

it should would be nice if this software was actually 100% ready for use on Jan 31st every year. i have been using it for 15 years and there is always a software problem every year at the beginning of Feb when i go to do my refund. next year im trying a different software
