So its $20 for California after i bought the TURBOTAX DELUXE W/STATE 2021 FED + E-FILE & STATE PC CC ESD. which was supposed to be more for the purpose of covering the filing of state and then make me pay $45 for Audit Defense when i didnt want to, be charge $65 from you after i spent $40 for your program plus still owe my Craphole of a state $222 with your "help". your really a crappy service and do not recommend you for anything.

Convenient

This is convenient tool however the scaling issue makes it very difficult to get started and at the end trying to enter the credit card information was almost impossible. This is the second year that this happened. It needs to be fixed.

Customer service needs work

You are not compatible with windows 11 without workarounds. Lots of new unnecessary steps causing deductions not to be entered in correct order. Have used this program for more than 10 years.....never had these kinds of issues before. Do better.

Only ding I can put on this was that there was a 1099-K that I wanted to report and had a very difficult time finding where to enter that income.
