We have used Turbo several years now and just love it. Takes us about an hour and filing it is easy with E-file. We will continue to use it next year.

TurboTax is an Excellent Reliable product

My most recent few years experience had been Download product which are excellent. I had used TurboTax for many years with very few issues. It has alway resolve quickly with online or phone support help.

TurboTax makes taxes easy. While I do wish they provided a checklist of items to collect each year, TurboTax is still the easiest thing on the market. They take the mystery out of taxes.

Disappointed this year in TT.

I have used TT for years but this year I kept getting a blank screen and couldn't e-file my state return since it wouldn't take the payment. Seen chat sights that this is happening with others and it was very frustrating. Had to mail my state return.
