I actually look forward to doing our taxes each year using Turbo Tax. Every possible situation is covered so there is little work on my part other than entering information from IRS forms. Filing is straightforward and easy.

Turbo Tax was terrible this year!

It kept giving me the error code 70001 (Turbo tax is already running under another account). It took me about another 6 hours to find work arounds to this problem. I was ready to just purchase different tax program from another company.

Not As Good As Previous Years

TurboTax user for many years. This year's product was not as good as previous years. Found the program to be confusing, particularly in the business income section. Also found several apparent errors in the program, one being the deduction for charitable contributions. Still like the product, but the bar has been set very high from previous years.
