been using turbo tax for 10 yrs plus and it is the easiest to use and understand. If I dont understand a tpic it is easy to find info by clicking on link in program

While I feel Turbotax is a great product -- I would like to see an improvement in future years. Your product would make entering information easier if you could enter and advance to the next field. It is not efficient to have to click to the next field or to have to hit "tab" twice.

It walks you thru everything so simply. You just get led by the hand so you can't miss anything. Pretty sure you can pay $100, $200 etc and they use the same program I paid $40 for. Don't be a sap. If you can input your received W2"s and 1099's etc, why pay someone else to do it?

When you purchase the federal and state software, there is a surprise hidden fee where they demand you to cough up an extra 20 bucks to electronically file the state taxes.
If you decide to print out and mail in the state returns, they helpfully don't fill out the direct deposit field for you (or mention them in any way) to purposely slow down how fast you get your refund. This is a garbage company and the last time I will be using turbotax to file my taxes.

Turbo Tax was just ok for 2021

We had a problem downloading the CD. It was not going to let us do it the way we had done it for the past 18 years. We were able to download it eventually. We had a few issues this year, which slowed us down but we got through them. We did call for support, which helped us.
