Turbo Tax is SLowwwwww!!!

So slow this year. Why? It has taken me hours to do my return when in the past it has taken mean minutes. I have a simple return. Seems like every entry requires the system to stop responding and a calculation to ensue. Very unhappy!!!

Some of the links were broken and would not work

Tried clicking on some of the links or windows (pages) would not load all of the way. never had an issue with it before. The activation and credit card paying windows were not working properly.

Failure on Charitable Contributions

Confusion and failure for good guidance on 2021 change on Charitable Contributions for those with a standard deduction. Took more time than what was necessary to resolve it and don't completely feel TT has.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Works, Slow download/update, and buggy

The initial download and update process took nearly an hour. While running the check after filling out the return it was asking question that didn't make sense.
I filed as single with no children but it was asking about child credits and gave no explanation of what to input.
It initial process never asked about the taxable value of my home for the State Return, but flagged it on the check. This error did not happen last year.
It was slow and gave a mediocre result.
