I've ranked turbotax as a 4 for years but now give it a 1 since You've changed things so it can't be used on my computer anymore. I've used Turbo Tax for years but I don't want to buy a new MAC and it's old enough that I can't update the operating system to Big Sur.

Wisconsin Schedule CS issue

CD Turbo Tax didn't calculate my credit properly as I have two contributions to Edvest for two beneficiaries totaling 6760. Turbo Tax calculated for 3380 which is for one beneficiary. I needed to delete the accounts on Turbo Tax and re-enter them to get it to work properly.

PROGRAM GLITCHES FRUSTRATING

Experienced several errors during the smart check. For example, I kept getting an error regarding 1040/1040SR WKS, that line 11 should be zero. I put 0, and kept getting the same error. I tried 0.00, 0, leaving it blank.... ultimately I started completely over. For the price I paid for the software, this really shouldn't be happening. The time and frustration is not worth it.
