When asking a question on if I qualify for a deduction which is hinged upon an amount that was already calculated by the program and previous inputs, WHY ASK ME FOR IT AGAIN WHEN YOU ALEADY KNOW THE ANSWER? Also, if you have documentation on where I want to send my refund based on check routing numbers and account numbers, WHY MAKE ME FILL OUT THE ENTIRE STRING NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!

Trouble loading and e-filing

I got a new computer this year and I had trouble loading the program on my computer at first. After much trouble shooting, I was finally able to load it, however when it came to e-filing, I was unable to e-file my state return. Very disappointed in the amount of time it took to try to troubleshoot and still unable to resolve the e-filing issue.

The real benefit is when you file your second year with turbo tax. Your account populates from last years return which saves a ton of time!

Easy to use

Very easy to use for a moderately complicated return. There did seem to be one bug that prompted me to expect a w2-C that had to do with an SSA deferred payment or something similar. It did not fit my situation at all.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
