State return errors

2021 version would not let me print my state return, it kept giving an error about the forms not being ready. Ended up paying to efile my state return, which I normally do not do.

Misleading

I think and feel that the printing on the packaging should be big enough for people to read. Had I known that I needed to pay $ 20.00 to efile my state taxes I never would have bought this program / software. That bit of info should have been in really big writing. Shame on you Turbotax.

Not as friendly or clear as it used to be

I have been a loyal user of Turbo Tax for 30 years or more. Each year, I find it slightly less clear and more frustrating each year. For instance, there are a few situations that in past years were appropriate for me that now that my situation is different and less complicated still come up as I work through my current return. Give me the option to make these go away. I also feel it should be cheaper for people that use it each year. Finally, the software tries too many times to get me to sign up for additional services, at additional costs, that I do not want or need.

Turbo Tax 2021

this program makes doing my taxes fast and easy. it makes it easy to complete with the transfer of information from previous tax year. the program tells me what I need to complete and finds fields that I need to input information. the e-filing option works great and I get my refund in 2 weeks.
