Really Good, but could use some Improvement

The overall experience is pretty great, but for those of us that are more security minded and have something like an IP PIN, it would be greatly appreciated if there was a prompt at the beginning of the process to enter said IP PIN and knock it out of the way immidately instead of having to fish around for where to enter it.

Unresolved issue with IRS Form 1040 charitable contributions amount for filing jointly. Took some troubleshooting to resolve. Turbotax should've fixed this, whole reason to buy the product is to avoid learning the intricacies of the tax code.

Love It, but issues with the 2021 program

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years. It is easy to use and they do a great job explaining items you may not understand. However, this year, there seems to be an issue with the coding of the product and I cannot see each page as needed and have to constantly reset the resolution on my computer in order to advance. This issue needs to be fixed.

Turbo Tax is great!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it is easy to use with steps to walk you thru or option to choose what you need to use. It has all the features that an average person needs to file their tax return. Love this tax software.
