You cannot beat TurboTax. It is seamless. Gives clear explanations, questions inconsistencies for corrrection, etc., etc. Why would I try another?

Turbo Tax - Easy to use but Hidden costs

I find Turbo Tax really easy to use and navigate through the different tax topics. There are easy to find explanations and helpful tips as well. I do not understand is that even after paying for the deluxe version of Turbo Tax I still had to pay an additional fee to electronically file my state tax.

Nice but could be better

I had to type in name and address many times. It should have been in the system. WHen saving a PDF file of the return it would not let me decide where to put it nor file name. When trying to print a complete copy of the return it would not allow it because the SAVE PDF did not work, even though I did allow it to save where it wanted to.

Love the ease of use and submittal of e-file returns. All questions are asked, and entries are double checked for accuracy.
