TurboTax is great

Turbotax is very easy to use. I have used it for many, many years. My biggest complaint now is the fees they charge for filing state taxes. They didn't use to charge any fees. I think it's enough that we pay for the product.

Turbo tax is not amazing

It is awful to use when it is a download. It took me an hour to be able to process and pay my filing fee. The system show be able to run smoothing and have issues and they are the same issues that they had last year. Turbo should be paying me to use the product
