One problem I have had for years. I have to go into the forms and fill out the deposit account information. If you assumed that it was in there, the IRS would not have the information.

UNABLE TO HAVE TURBOTAX ACCEPT MY ROUTING NUMBER OR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER. CAN'T PRINT STATE RETURN TO FILE BY MAIL. UNABLE TO COMPLETE EFILING. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO VIA VOICE. THE INTERNAL HELP SECTION IS WORTHLESS
