Tax ppart is great

The tax part is great - however if you have your display set to larger icons - the software does not handle that - control buttons can't be accessed - please fix that

TurboTax - Ease of Use

TurboTax is easy to use. You can either let the program walk you through all of the steps or choose which steps you want to take. The helps along the way are very helpful in getting things in the right place. I have used TurboTax for many years to complete tax returns.

Intuitive and Easy to Use

The software does an excellent job and seems to catch small typos well. Very intuitive and easy to use, and picks up where you left off when you take a break. It does update itself quite frequently, so allow some time when you open the program for it to self-update.

Turbo Tax Can't Handle ACA

Turbo tax knows I get social security and have Medicare premiums deducted, yet the program insisted I must have a 1095A. I took almost 30 minutes to disabuse turbo tax that I needed for file a 1095A (ACA insurance).
