TurboTax Review

I have used TT for years. This year, it appears to be of low quality. I first have a problem with the Missouri Form 5695 which TT states that it is not finalized. I went to the Missouri website and the form has been finalized since December. Since I cannot send my taxes in until this is fixed in TT, I am stuck. With Covid and everything else going on, this is not a year to be delaying getting my taxes refunded.
Second, I kept having a problem with the charitable deduction. I filled out everything and TT calculated the correct value for line 12b. I then got ready to file and discovered the program had changed my contribution. It also listed it as an error. I manually corrected the problem and did a review again and it again changed the value. I did this a few times and then went to the help forum to discover that a number of people were reporting the same problem. The only way to fix it was to manually correct and then skip the review. The major disappointment was that TT had the same problem last year and did not fix it.
Since TT did not fix this problem, how do I know what other problems are in the program and haven't been fixed. This is probably the last time that I will use TT since it cannot be trusted. I regret this because I am used to the program and like it.

Turbotax is easy to use and simplifies the tax preparing process. I gave it only 3 stars because they charge you an additional fee to e-file state taxes. That should be included in large letters on the box. The description says state and federal taxes. I felt like I was being asked to pay twice for the same thing.

This is my first time using TurboTax. I'm amazed at how well it's laid out and how clear the instructions are. Extremely easy to use. Nothing is missed and nothing is confusing. I'm very impressed and will use it every year from now on.
