All the tax input areas were clear as a bell. It was necessary to do some independent online research and talk to neighbor friends to answer my questions about the state income reporting. Login was a challenge, each time it threw me back to a start page for people shopping for tax service.

WORTH THE COST FOR PEACE OF MIND

Had to start over once. Federal Tax amount jumped way up and i couldn't figure out why.

Great Investment and never leave the house

Turbo tax has taken care of my taxes for as long as I can remember and never had a problem with IRS. Could use a number to get ahold of someone for advice though
