I printed my 30 pages, but your program only print 50% of the document. So I e-filed, but you TURBO TAX said I could not e-file beause there is an update for the tax program. AND TO MAKE EVERYTHING SCREWED UP, YOU DO NOT OFFER YOUR CUSTOMERS A PHONE NUMBER. SO YOU REALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. FOR 15 YEARS I HAVE USED YOUR PRODUCT BUT NEVER AGAIN. WHERE IS MY $20 I PAID TO E-FILE?

TurboTax takes all the guess work out of itemizing my taxes and easily handling all my deductions. It is very easy to use and non-intrusive except for simply getting the job done correctly. I will continue to support Intuit and the TurboTax product as long as they keep making an exceptional product. Thank you!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and I feel that it covers ALL THE BASES to gives you the satisfaction of knowing your taxes are correct. I can do my taxes 10 times faster than the years I did it by hand on ALL THE FORMS required by the IRS. I know that ALL THE CALCULATIONS are properly completed and the "T's" are crossed and the "I's" are dotted.

I keep purchasing Turbo Tax year after year because the info from previous years is transferred over from the previous years, but Turbo has not been updated and it's irritating that it's difficult to make changes.
