Two issues prevent this from being a 5 star review. First, there was an error on one of the forms that I had to research on the TurboTax website and manually correct. This reduces my confidence in the accuracy of TurboTax. Second, there is a lack of information provided regarded free state filing. I've already paid to get TurboTax (when there are free options), why should I pay TurboTax $20 to file my CA return when I can simply enter the information myself on the CA FTB website and file for free?
