Great tool for the average person to use

I have used TurboTax for a number of years now, as it is the easiest tool to use for my tax returns. It walks you through everything step by step, and even gives you advice along the way. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I have used Turbo Tax for more years than I can remember. I continue to buy it and use it because it makes it easier for me to file my returns. I like that it prompts me with questions to make sure my data is current and updated...and also shows me what amounts I used in the past year. My return is not terribly complicated but the Turbo Tax program helps me keep up with the latest changes in tax law by the questions it asks. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the years to come.

I like TurboTax is OK but needs a refresh

I have used Turbo tax(TT) for a number of years. Here are my dislikes. I like to start early and add as I go. Not nice with TT. Software forces you to upgrade and it TAKES FOREVER and I'm not convinced they don't change this software daily. TT needs to improve the update process. Until I'm ready to file I don't care if it's the latest version. Give me an option to upgrade now or later and then force me to upgrade b4 I file if I didn't upgrade.

Easy to use, if I have questions, i can find the answer by using the help files. Takes a complicated task and makes it simple to file my taxes
