PA changed its unemployment portal and lost all of its 1099-G forms forcing me to not be able to file electronically on TurboTax before Oct. 15. Incredibly irritating.

I like Turbo Tax. My only issue is sometimes it asks questions about terms and acronyms that I then have to google. I wish there were on screen glossaries.

your online service only kept forcing me to purchase your software, it would not allow me to continue entering and this went on for weeks, months, I may switch to another company after this years experiences. I was totally disappointed, I did not make the deadline for efile because of this. Being divorced also, I was afraid that my ex husband accessed my things.
