Everything was fine until the very last button to e-file. I got hung up on State of Illinois donations. The total was $10 for various charities, $10 also being the total REFUND due to me from my state... BU-UTT TurboTax kept me in an endless loop on this matter because supposedly my math was wrong on the total amount donated. My original donation to various charities was 2+2+2+2+1+1. Darn-it but tell me this does not equal 10!!?? Herein lay the problem... I could get no further. So I changed one of the $1 donations to $0 making the total amount donated $9. So the great State of Illinois is going to send me a refund check of $1!! Woo-hoo! This was frustrating but I was able to "escape da loop". My guess is that Illinois owes me slightly less than $10, but rounded up for refund purposes, but when I tried to donate my entire refund, the system didn't like me giving a FULL $10 away to charity. Any other ideas?

Have had a difficult time trying to recover my password. Account recovery only has options for e-mail and phone #. There was some mix up with the purchase on 11/07/2021 paid 74.20 which should have included my state rtn. cannot get an efile number for the state rtn

Several Issue encountered with the 2021 Deluxe Ver

I have used turbotax for many years and normally every goes smooth. This year, while trying to view/print my tax return it kept stating I couldn't because the form isn't finalize. If I go the top drop down and select the tab file and select preview, it lets me view all the forms, but still not able to print. During start up the turbo tax file looks for updates and after it completes its update, nothing changes. So frustrating this year!!!
