I used to do my taxes myself but have used Turbo Tax for several years. It is very easy to use and I know I don't loose refund money by missing deductions or credits

Turbo Tax makes filing easy. No calculator to enter wrong numbers into. Can start with just the receipts in my shoebox and go from there.

Not happy with all of the fees

NOT Very unhappy with refund processing fee charrged at the very end! I expected to pay for state efile but that processing fee is new and will have me looking for other tax filing software next year! GREEDY

Easy to install and file

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and feel that the filing system is essential.
State tax is never correct because retired benefits for veterans is not taxable. I have to manually file my Louisiana tax return.
