I did make a call to get code numbers to access last years tax program and was very pleased with the way the request was handled. Other than that, everything went great and I didn't require any further assistance.

Don't Love it as much as I used to

Used to love this program for doing taxes, because I felt like it walked me through step by step every part. This year, I really felt like I had to search for things online and find my own answers, even though I did the "walk through" and we don't have any unusual circumstances.
