Installs fairly quickly. Always easy to follow, and thankfully they provide explanations for those hard-to-understand tax terms! Will continue to use and support TurboTax.

I initially signed on to do my taxes w/you via the internet, but that was not as convenient as buying a CD and doing it that way; much more easy. I am a veteran and received Form 1095-B evidencing medical coverage; however, nowhere in your program does it prompt me for that particular form. It prompts me for Form 1095-A (think that is correct), which I never received. I kept answer 'no' when prompted if I had received the latter form, and your software kept correcting me to a 'yes' response, so I had to go with that

I have used TurboTax for 10 years and never had a problem. Disc is slow to load BUT my computer is 4 years old.

TurboTax Works for Me

TurboTax is my go to for doing my taxes. I usually just download the CD to my computer, but for some reason had an issue with the hard drive. Wound up going online and creating an account, which was probably better. Only problem I had was importing "It's Deductible". I needed a keychain password which I'm unfamiliar with and was unsuccessful. Had to manually enter all my donations. That sucked.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
