Nothing but problems

I have been using Turbotax for the last 15 years. Each year I say this will be the last. But this year I mean it. It froze up not allowing me to put in pertinent info and kept me from getting my maximum amount returned. It also requests payments in order to proceed. What should have cost me $59.95 original investment ended up costing me $139.00. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to charge me to submit this review!

Turbo Tax walk me through every step with easy to access explanation I needed for clarification of the tax form I am completing.

The most horrible experience I've ever had with any software.
So many product and design failures they're not worth enumerating.

I was a little scare receiving a 1099-s because we shouldn't have and escrow company wouldn't retract. But Turbo Tax knew exactly what to do. Was great, Now no worries about filing this years taxes. The only thing is I used turbo tax on another computer last year, copied over into a turbo tax file, but it couldn't find the return, had to type everything in by hand
