I love using Turbo Tax

I retired this year and moved my retirement accounts in to one. It was very easy to do my taxes!!

Had issues in the review process and e-filing

In the review step I was asked to enter address info for my 1099 R submission. I had three such submission. The review process would not specify which of the three needed correction.
I wanted to e-file my taxes. They were rejected because my AGI was incorrect. I triple checked the info but was never able to e-file. I was forced to mail in my taxes.

Child tax credits/Multiple restarts with upgrades

We did not get the child tax credit questions until it ran a review check. Our refund is substantially less this year so we are waiting to see if the IRS catches any errors. Then there were multiple restarts with upgrades. Feeling less confident this year with your software.
