Turbo Tax had always been great

Turbo tax has been excellent until this year. I love that the data entry of personal info is automatically entered year to year, but when it came to put my W2 info in, the screen was blank. I needed to switch views to forms and add info that way. Software wasn't letting me go screen to screen. I had to keep switching back and forth during the income section.

Wonderful experience using this product. All went well until final checks which flagged an error with standard deductions. Called support and they fixed me up quickly and filed my taxes.

Turbo Tax is a good product. Only issue I have is I feel it's a little misleading to promote that the state is free, when only the preparation is free and the e-filing is $20. I just go to the the State site and e file for free.

Had lots of problems!

We have used Turbo Tax for years for Federal and State Income Tax Filing. This year we had to pay , as we have every year, to file state in Alabama. It has been filed and accepted by the state but we are not able to print the form for Alabama State Inocme tax or even look at it now!
