Basically a good program, but a couple of issues

I got two error messages that were confusing and difficult to find resolution. The first is they kept asking for a schedule 8812, which I later found had nor relevance to me, and was difficult to clear. The second is the program put the incorrect charitable deduction for married filing jointly and using standard deduction. I put in 300 rather than 600. It was again difficult to find resolution. It would be much better to have a simple chat line available to resolve program issues.

I have always used TurboTax to make sure my taxes are done easily and correctly. I feel like I always get the maximum refund.

Very easy to input information and complete both federal and state returns. I especially like the real time checking process to see if I have misses something or made an error.
