Easy to use

TurboTax is easy to use. I've used it for the last five years and this is the first time that TurboTax would not tranfer information from my old returns on the computer. It was sometimes difficult to get back to where I was when I needed to go back to verify information.

I filed late and Turbo Tax had the exact filing information and updates. It was so easy and the program walked me through everything.

Its difficult to stop extra fees

I have used turbo tax for many years but will look around for next year the extra fees being lock in with a means to opt out is uncalled for and should have a way to remove with in 24 hours!!
