2021 Returns

I've been using TT for the past six years and this is the first time I have issues with it. Going through the process was no problem, as good as always. When it was time to file my returns, the ap required another software update check. It was unable to download any fixes, even after repeated repeats. I even manually downloaded the upgrades from your website and installed them successfully according to the ap after a computer restart. Again, it would repeat the request to check for upgrades, several times, not allowing for my e-filing. Finally, after three hours of frustration, I uninstalled the program and reinstalled off the CD, and finally, I was able to finish my return and file them four hours after completing my return. Not very happy.

Kept getting weird error messages

I have used Turbo Tax for several years, those went smoothly. This year, I kept getting strange error messages, such as "you can't check this box to get your refund electronically, as this form is not accepted." (Wisconsin) After much frustration, I finally just went to E-file to file my Federal, and behold, I could E-File Wisconsin. Just plain annoying. My return is very uncomplicated. Just bizarre.

A great product

As always, Turbo Tax is easy to use. When I had a problem, I called and Stacey stayed on the line with me until it was resolved. I appreciate it.
One suggestion I have: I like choosing what I work on and I can do that on the Federal Return. AZ State Return does not have that feature. It's annoying to have to go through each step if I only have one change to make. Next year??
