Turbotax is a Great Product

I have been using Turbotax for about 10 years now and feel that this is a great product. It serves me and my family's needs well and I would recommend it to anyone doing their own taxes. The ease of use is great. The interview process is very thorough and I get all of the deductions and credits that I'm entitled too. The accuracy is spot on and I securely and easily store my state and federal taxes for all the years that I've used turbotax.

I really like TurboTax

Each year TurboTax changes a bit, but it's relatively easy to figure out the changes. I have relied on TurboTax for over twenty years.

TURBO TAX IS GREAT UNTIL YOU TRY TO EFILE.

Good experience until the end when trying to efile. thought one state return was free but there was a $20 charge to efile. Wasted about 2 hours trying to get the returns out. Efiled the federal return and will mail the state return.
