There was an import issue with my taxes into the proper field, for some reason it did not input the correct information in the file. I could not figure out how to fix it. I tried contact us, the robot help screen calling 7 times for the automated system to kick my out EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. So frustrating. I have used TurboTax for over 6 years and have never had a problem. I get that there will be bugs and issues. However, what I don't get is how support has to be sooo hard to be able to talk to someone.

I have used Turbo Tax for the past few years. Very professional software and it is nice to know help is available if I need it. Even if you do not like accounting or doing your taxes, give it a try !

been using for over 25 years, easy to use has gotten easier with improve every year. makes doing MO state returns which is a god-awful return to fill out incredibly easy and fast
