I have used Turbo Tax for many, many years. I was able to complete and e-file today in less than 2 hours. Certainly, do not want to go back to the old-fashion way. I have great confidence in this product.

Charitable Contributions Problem

There was a problem with the Charitable Contributions section and no easy way to do a quick fix. Many people were disappointed with TurboTax because we use it so that we don't have these problems. Most people indicated that a software fix was needed.

Always great to work with except for the difficulty downloading. Don't assume everyone is computer literate and able to easy download the product. I always have a great deal of trouble getting started but once it's done, the process is wonderful

I think this was the worst version of turbo tax. I am not sure if it was the tax law, but the questions were much harder to answer. You are asking a yes/no question, but that is not the choices you provided. I couldn't import previous turbo tax forms even though I have them saved on my computer. This year was so difficult, I needed to reference so many years of previous tax returns. very frustrating to say the least!
