Odd Glitches In The Software

Although it was not a disaster, two separate Turbotax software glitches slowed down my completion time by several hours. Both glitches were experienced by other Turbotax users, as indicated by their comments in the online forum. I was able to work around the first issue thanks to information posted online, but nobody had a fix for the second issue. I, eventually, used the Turbotax telephone tech support line and received a call back within 20 minutes, from a live agent who was able to show me a workaround that solved the issue. Yes, I will use Turbotax again in the future, but I hope that I will not have to invest the additional time performing online searches and calling tech support in order to complete my tax filing chores... chores that I hate, even when all goes well.

Everything I need to complete my annual review, organize my data, inform me of tax changes and then the ease of calculation and completion of forms... comparison with previous tax years' history is my favorite
