Turbo tax caused a problem with Utah Return

Over the years Turbo Tax has been a great product. Been able to file for at least ten years with no problems. This year my State Tax return was rejected. I received a notice from Turbo Tax indicating that it was because of a known error in their software. I am refiling today hoping that, as they indicated, the software has been fixed by an update today.

I don't use the forms facilities because I am not that tax literate so I use the TT for Dummies facilities. There should be/might be a middle ground that takes advantage of my TT experience for these many years.

The worst

This was truly the worst year of experience with Turbo Tax. I have been using this tax program for at least 10 years and every year it gets tougher to use. Tried everything to talk to someone and everything was a recording. Very confusing, figures I never put in, just a plain horror show

I have used Turbo tax for years. Very good product and telephone help is excellent. there is difficulty registering a turbotax account on line. I tried last year to no avail.

I have been using TurboTax for the last 12 years. The program is easy to follow, asks the right questions, and gives you proper instructions while using it. This has been a great product and I will continue to use it.
