TurboTax issue from 2019 not corrected in 2021

The issue "TurboTax is already Running under another account. Switch users and run TurboTax" is a problem that appeared in TT 2019. The link that helps resolve this issue brings you to a Page not Found screen. Reading on the internet about all possible solutions from TurboTax do not resolve this issue. TurboTax would not run meanwhile this is not resolved. I thought that after deleting TT 2019, TT 2020 and having TT2021 running fixed the problem, however an issue about needing to wait for an approval of a form by the IRS did not allow me to file. Closed the file and exited TT and 3 days later after receiving approval to proceed, the same dreaded message appeared. This time, I had to uninstall TT 2021 twice before it run and was able to open the completed return so it could be reviewed.
Lessons learned - Since I needed to run 2 different returns, I recommend not to EXIT the application and keep the PC in SLEEP Mode until you complete your filing and printing of all your returns.

potential bug

trouble clearing an estimated value on the health care insurance premium.
instructions said to use edit menu and then ???? no option presented to remove estimated value!
also why should I have to look on my prior year's return for info when I used same tax program and imported prior year's return for info. Program should import all necessary data elements required!

Minor issue with California mortgage adjustment

As always, TurboTax was fairly straightforward. I did hit a mortgage adjustment issue with my California filing due to something odd with the Form 1098 not saving my answers properly. I re-entered just that form, did a save and then the review process did not throw the error again.

the software there is a big problem on "Total 2021 Economic Impact Payment(s)" I have follow your program to input $2800. By IRS "This Economic Impact Payment isn't considered taxable income." After e-filing, I reviewed my print-out copies of my 1040-SR, I discovered "$2800" go to 1040-SR line 23 and I paid $2800 more tax.. ( this $2800 from non-taxable income become tax) Also I find "2,800" on Schedule 2 line19, line 21, Schedule 8812 line 14f, line28a, line29, and line40. Please find the problem and update the Turbo Tax . I do not like more and people like me to file an amendment.

You tell me I have an error but you don't tell me how to fix it and your HELP support is about as poor as I have ever tried to use. My dog could help me better than it does. Because of a 1040/1040SR Wks: Charitable Contribution: Charitable contribution has unacceptable value error, I ended up entering all of my information five times and every time my refund changed when I was entering the same information.
