Streamlines tax filing

I fill out forms directly to save time, but I used to do taxes for others. This program saves a lot of time and does a massive amount of work. There are a few strange questions, but help is available to all of us.

As usual they helped me out. I had to do 2 different W2 for the first time and it was seamless.

Not MAC Friendly

I have used TurboTax for many years 8-10+. This year I purchased a MAC computer and the appropriate software. There were lots of technical issues - wouldn't save as a PDF or save to my desktop. Not sure what the issue is, but definitely frustrating.

Needed online support and got it, prompt in letting me know the status of my tax returns, online videos for support, videos are very helpful
