Turbo Tax helps with all the fine details

Enjoy using turbo tax however not happy with all the additional charges at the end of the process, cost wise might be better if I used other sources.

Not as good as last year

Last year's program was easier to follow. This year I had to search for a few things I knew had to be included. Also, it would be nice to know the percentage of the amounts given for the deductions.

Turbo tax is what I have always used

My experience with Turbo has been for us very easy, although the new layout took me a little longer. Could be my old age, 71 in a couple days. But with this said I will use Turbo Tax next year and on.

Transfer Issue

The information I had transferred from Morgan Stanley is not in an acceptable form for the State of Minnesota. Until I changed the Tax ID number for Morgan Stanley to a 7 digit number on my federal form, it was not acceptable on my state return. Please correct this issue before 2022 taxes need to be completed. It is an unacceptable problem and is difficult to rectify based upon the information provided by the check done at the end of the return. A person has to figure it out for him/herself.
