Great But Not Ready?

As usual, information was easy to enter. Used year after year. However, it's February and there is a form, the mortgage worksheet, that is showing an error saying it is not finished! Why not and will it make a difference for filing?
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Prompt for download of W-2 never showed. Also, even though I have used Turbo tax every year for over a decade and imported information from last year's Turbotax document, I had to re-enter all of my information. How about a little continuity, Intuit?

Not worth the money

Had problems with a Fix for Schedule 8812 which took me a long time to figure out.
Program locked up when I could not recall my Intuit Sign In and kept getting Verification codes by Email and multiple Text which did nothing to solve the problem. Finally realized there was a "Close" button at the bottom of the page. Wasted a great deal of time.
