We've used TT for what seems like forever - only drawback I have is it's not up to date with IHSS in CA anyways. I called IHSS to get the EIN which is when I found out if the recipient lives with you (he's my brother) you are exempt from paying taxes on income earned from them.

If not for your help desk this would have been my last year for TT. Documented issue with pop ups with the help desk. Hard to find "manual update" on apple

Turbo tax always excellent

I always use Turbo tax during tax season I am always happy with it. This year is no exception. I just went into semi-retirement and needed to add SSI and retirement benefits to my income. Turbo Tax made it easy and I was able to complete the process quickly

Turbo Tax Deluxe

The product is OK but when I tried to login to my account using my account I setup last year I couldn't get in, and after trying many times to change my password, and going around and around in circles trying to identify myself I finally found where I could pay for my State filing as a guest. This was very frustrating.
