Always Dependable and Efficient

I have come to depend on Turbotax. I keep good records and that's important, but I can usually finish and file my itemized return in less than 3 hours.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Not what it once was

The new fomat never carry over my previous filing year. Had to type all data back in. Plus it would not allow me to e-file. Very disappointing. Will look for a driffernt program next filing year.

Struggled with Turbo tax this year.

trouble with going to pay with credit card for fees. Way to high for extra $40 fee. Probably will not use Turbo Tax next year. Really struggled with the product this year.

I have used turbo tax for going on 4 years in a row. I worked for them the very first year that i used them and was very impressed. I have not been disappointed at all by this company and doing my taxes. This is a tax prep company that i would recommend to everyone i know. They offer services at a reasonable rate to help with every aspect of tax prep. So even if it is your first-time doing taxes or you have been doing them forever you can depend on turbo tax to help you get them done right every time.
